they recommend 1.6-2.1 PER 15" XXX, unless you mean that box is 2.1 cubes per chamber, your suffocating those things. But your using polyfill, so I'm not sure how that effects it.

BUT, aside from that, the box looks REALLY nice and I'm loving the plexi side, although I wouldn't exactly show off a box with polyfill, just doesn't look that purty to me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif But great build and really clean job man, hope you like it. Is line-x in a spray-can or is it sprayed with a gun / compressor?

The MFJ recommends: 1.6 - 2.1 cf Sealed

So it's at the top of the recommendation..

Yes it seems small but if you have a little extra power and EQ then it will be ok. (and in the car)

Box looks quality, but looks too small and the silicon looks like garbage

looks nice!!! One thing though.. I think it would look better if you taped off the plexi and painted a wide black line on it to cover the sealant on the bracing. Or make a piece to cover it and spray it with some more x-line.

3/4 thick and it is Acrylic not Plexi

Yes that is silicone everywhere..

The coating was professionally X-Lined and it was $200 (yeah tell me about it..)
