Well before i did the big 3 my voltage was 13.5 on "back it up" and now once i did it its 12.8!!! Is this because now my 2 1500ds are acually getting enough power to do a drop? BTW stock batterrys in the trunk if that helps? I ran 1 awg to alt, grounded chassis, grounded negative and also my batcap is grounded to negative as well...

Thanks

Doing the Big 3 doesn't solve an inadequate electrical system. All it does is lower resistance by adding more copper. Copper wire isn't the best conductor and it will only go so far. Think getting a HO alternator if it bothers you that bad.

Does your amp have a regulated power supply? If it does, it should still make full power in a given voltage range.
