WTF!!! Voodoo 1600.1 vs DEI 1500d

well i bought a directed 1500d off ebay 2 weeks ago for $200 and was gonna pick it up, but the guy says he had to send out one of his 1500d's so now hes offering me a brand new voodoo 1600.1 for the same price, 1658 watt rms @ 1 ohm. sounds like a great deal just making sure theres no major defects on this amp or company, what should i do thanks!!!
