would this sub/amp setup be good?

ok i just ordered a single re se 12". They're dual 4 ohm, and rated at 600w rms.

And im about to order a amp...i've been eyeing the diamond audio 600.1.

RMS Mono @ 4 Ohm: 300 x 1

RMS Mono @ 2 Ohm: 450 x 1

RMS Mono: 600 x 1 @ 1 Ohm

THD: 0.1%

Frequency Response: 20Hz- 250 Hz

Signal To Noise Ratio: >90dB

Crossovers: Low Pass, Subsonic

Dimensions 2.25" (h) x 8.5" (w) x 15.75" (l)

i'm debating over the diamond audio and the jl 500.1. I've read that the DA is highly underrated...but then JL has the big rep. What would ya'll suggest? And would those setup be compatible? Thanks!

You'll only get 450 watt RMS out of that amp with that sub. You need a dual 2 ohm sub to run it at 1 ohm.
