The chance that you get a bad woofer is super slim, heck buy 2 then your almost guaranteed to get a good woofer. Still cheaper than the new one. Hey I'm cheap and willing to have it reconed in the slim chance it's bad

But it says they all have something wrong with then so idk .. Well its not abouy bring cheap its about looking at a good deal and taking it lol .. Is it hard to recone them? I see alotta ppl say they do it bt Im not really an expert when it comes to things like that

Most of the woofers have a tick at high excursion which you would never hear. All I can say is it well documented that people are very happy with their sundown yard sale purchases. Maybe start a thread and ask people's opinions, yard sale items don't scare me one bit!

What does a tick at high excursion mean? And would it go away if it was reconed?

From what I understand if you push the sub to the limit (which you probably won't ) you may hear some motor noise? Again most people have zero issues with there woofer. Reconed subs are essentially brand new

I ended up getting a new one, my next sa 10 will be bought from the yardsale
