Would I gain anything?

I am running ~800 rms to a SE12 in a 2 cu ft box ported to ~33 hz

Now my question is would i notice a big difference if i ran two RE SR12s sealed on the same power?

I would say you would notice a difference as long as the 2 SR's were ported as well.

I just wanna get louder but i am running as much power as i can without my headlights dimming...

So any opinions on if 2 sr12s would louder if i ran them sealed?

its my experience that ported was always louder...............i run sealed myself to make the bass sound tighter..............it's also my understanding that it takes more power to produce the same amount of bass with a sealed than a ported............

In a non-real world scenario:

Going from 1 12" to 2 12" = +3db

Going from ported to sealed box = -3db

Gain or loss = 0db

This would never happen though.
