Wiring two subs to mono amp...help?

Hey i got 2 four ohm subs hooked to a 2 ohm stable amp. I looked on crutchfield for wiring diagrams and saw that i can go from my amps pos terminal to both subs posiives and same with the negatives. Heres where i have trouble... I cant fit two 12 gauge wires into the pos o neg terminal of the sub. What can i do?

wire both positives from both subs together and put that one wire on the amps positive

wire both negatives from both subs together and put that one wire on the amps negative

Go with smaller wire of course most people use 8awg but thats bigger then 12awg just use 14awg or make it fit

How do I safely "wire both wires together"? That would be essentially connecting three wires together.

Also I have spades. If I wrap one 12 gauge around a spade of another 12 gauge and stick that into the terminal would that work?

What amp is it? Most mono amps have 2 pos and 2 neg. Not a 2 channel, jut an easier way to wire subs.

Or Wire sub1 pos to sub2 pos. From sub 2 pos to amp pos.

Same for neg.

yeah this way is how i usually do it.. no fusing wires works better.. just do that and out from terminals

yea... but I can't go from one sub to another to the amp. pics are hard to take lol.

Basically the terminal is a cylinder thing. There's a hole on the top and 2 on the side. One 12 gauge wire fits through the side holes and I screw the cap down on the wire to hold it in place. How would I get two 12 gauge wires to fit in there? Or can I crimp a spade onto one 12 gauge, wrap the other 12 gauge around the spade and stick it in?

Also I tried to wire it as a series, like a circle, and only one sub works... don't think it works

My amp is alpine... only one pos and neg term. and yea it's 2 ohm stable

That's probably b/c you did it wrong. Just do it like I said, it will work. Unless your other sub is blown.
