Wiring two subs

I have an Alpine A60m mono block amp and 2 MTX 12" svc subs wondering if I should run 2 Alpine A60 amps one for each speaker.

Those amps are 330w RMS x 1 @ 4ohms. (and 600wRMS x 1 @ 2 ohms) So unless you already have these sitting in your closet, and those subs are 250-300w RMS @ 4ohms each, (or 600w rms @ 2ohm) I wouldn't. I wouldn't buy two amps to do this when you could just run one amp, and a little more speaker wire.

If they are both 4 ohm, then an amp that will double there RMS @ 2 ohm is a better option.
If they are both 2 ohm, then an amp that will double there RMS @ 1 ohm is a better option.

Wire to the 2ohm diagram as shown for the MTX subs on the one amplifier you have. That amp should do very well on those two subs. alpine make some really great amps that serve well
