im trying to decide oh how to run my new 1/0 wire i want to run a dual run if its necessary to my read sub amp and i have some toolmaker 1/0 dual inputs any advice and help would be helpful

We're going to need some more details - what make/model amp(s)? What make/model sub? What does rest of system consist of? What car/alternator & battery(ies)?

It *might* make a difference, but it depends on capability of your electrical system and total amps you are trying to pull from it.

That's dependant on your amps draw and your electrical in general The dual runs will help recharge back batteries faster from the alt If it's a ho alt. if it's a stock alt. there won't be much help. Now dual runs from a back battery to the amp. Will help the power get there faster

have dc270 alternator have stock battery for now aq2200d amp have tool maker 1/0 inputs but not installed yet 2 sa12 4.0cu32hz ported

Go to sears for an Agm battery. Optima batts aren't that good

Back in the day they were decent. Not anymore If your looking for cheap then yes sears
