Wiring Help

Is there any tutorial that shows you how to wire a ALPINE MRPM350 Alpine Mono V-Power Class D Amplifier two the headunit and two 12" Jbl's? I have a 4guage-wire/speaker wires/cheap rca cable I found/Ground wire that doesnt fit on amp. How would I wire this and make sure that I dont kill the amp? What else do I need?

Doesnt really help, the diagrams dont show shit about the amp and what all you need!
