Wiring help

I have a 6 channel infinity amp which powers my component speakers and a subwoofer.. The subwoofer output on the amplifier is 2 channels.. Here is what I WANT to do.. I have one JL 12w3v2 dual 4 ohm that will be wired in parallel and hooked up to one channel. (2 ohms) and I have a JL 10W0 that I want to hook up to the other channel. single 8 ohm. This seemed like a good set up since the w3 will be getting more power @ 2 ohms than the w0 @ 8 ohms since the w3 can obviously handle more power... Now I havent tried this yet because I dont know if it is ok to run 2 ohms on one channel and then 8 on the other, and I wont do so until i get the ok from a few people who are more educated than I. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Thanks I hope someone can help!

never mix subs to 1 amp...will damage amp or the woofas...just get a mono block amp for the subs and just use the infinty amp for your mids and highs

Only problem with that is both subs would be getting the same amount of power. So either the W3 would be under powered, or the W0 would be extremely over powered. Thanks for your input!
