Windstar build/ DD 9518's

I removed the DD 9515's and now I am building a wall for a pair of Digital Design 9518's. It will be sealed off on the front and the rear of the box, I am not sure how yet but it will, lol. Any tips on making the filler panels would be greatly appreciated.

Using all-thread like that, or wooden dowels, won't affect tuning.

lol, that is a Craftsman brand saw and it works ok. I made a guide for that saw but I damaged it and I now use it by hand. I also use a table saw for some of the smaller cuts. I find if you take your time and have enough practice you can get some really good cuts with a circular saw.

The Houma show is on the 17 correct? I know they have a two day event in Lake Charles the 10 and 11. I will be at the Lake Charles show this coming weekend, I am not sure if I will attend both days. I cannot make the one of the 17, I have to work all that weekend.
