Lanzar OPTI1232D 12" sub

rockford p1000-1bd amp

I am going to make my own sealed box. I only want a single sub. I want sound quality but I also want to be able to bump sometimes without the risk of blowing my sub.

I dont want to go over 200. any other suggestions?
