2 15`kicker l7- dual 4 ohm...im going to run them at one ohm with a HIFONICS HFI2000D. will i be able to get full power from the amp by running the subs at one ohm?

Not sure about the amp but if it's one ohm stable yes. Be sure you have the electrical to back it up though and you should be fine....

Also, that's if the HFI series does rated... Which I'm honestly not sure of but if not I would think it'd be in the ballpark of what it's rated.
