Animated reply? Now you are just changing the subject. You cited statistics as some sort of proof, and when presented with the notion that those stats could mean almost anything, your reply was that it was 'data'. Again we appear to have hit the ceiling of your understanding of this discussion. That's okay, not flaming you, just saying you dont have to turn this into an argument of symantics just to avoid admittance of a lack of understanding.
lol

i think you might have a lack of understanding about how much effort i put into this and what my real motives were...

here is a clue:

So we are down to you giving vague answers that may, to the laymen reading this, appear as though you are actually addressing the issue? By all means, explain how the media hype of his 'personal' relationship does not affect the plausibility of his candidacy. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
Your replies have really gone down hill in the past hour or two. Have you started drinking?
You're just intent upon proving this example shows a bias when it doesnt exist. you act like any coverage of a governor who disappears is an concerted effort by the media to assasignate his presidential aspirations.

It's sad to see you resort to insults as a last ditched effort to make a point that doesnt exist. It was a bad comparison and you could have picked from a million other to demonstrate a bias.

I have to wonder how your opinion would vary if Sanford was a Democrat. Even your excuse of Republicans hold 'family values' to a higher standard/importance than Dems does not dismiss the notion of a double standard. It merely makes an excuse why you feel the double standard is acceptable.
Im far from my last ditch effort with you, Im simply confused why your answers have declined so rapidly. The drinking comment was an attempt at humor, but I see that it offended you. For that I do apologize.

Yet another divergence from the topic at hand. Im not interested in researching some other thread to interpret your motives or motivation. If you can no longer stay on topic, or simply do not wish to any longer, I dont see much point continuing what was an interesting debate.

Oh well.

Cable News Ratings for Thursday, August 13, 2009
Morning programs (6:00AM-9:00AM) P2+ (25-54) (35-64)

FOX & Friends- 967,000 viewers (357,000) (590,000)

American Morning- 310,000 viewers (125,000) (165,000)

Morning Joe-328,000 viewers (117,000) (204,000)

Squawk Box- 172,000 viewers (74,000) (116,000)

Morning Express w/ Meade- 245,000 viewers (140,000) (189,000)
FTMFW I watch Joe Scarborough , Mika Brzezinski, Pat Buchanan, Wille Giest every morning... They have a good blend of both parties but can have meaningful discussions without getting iritable. I can't stand the constant back and forth / political hackery that some of these other programs give. I fawking hate both Bill O ' Reilly and Keith Olberman. Each one is a scumbag that lets their political views taint their programs.

lol dude you just dont seem to get it.. i quit a long time ago.

It was a c/p from a two year old thread..

Dude you're seeming to care way too much.

I quit giving a shit a long time ago.

I think it s poor example of a bias, you seem to think its a textbook case.

good for each of us.

Is this the part where I have to explain Im only engaging in an internet political debate for my own personal amusement? lol If you think Ive had any delusions I would change your mind, you are mistaken. Care way too much? I have much bigger things going on in my life than this, I assure you.

The truth is I find your refusal to admit a 'text book case' amusing. Im sorry if you find that offensive, but its true. Im also well aware of your "I enjoy pushing people's buttons on the internet" mentality. Your wear it like some lame badge of honor, and use it to slink away when you have no more ammunition to prop up your argument. I also find you breaking this down to personal differences rather than staying on topic, when you supposedly got offended at my drinking joke, rather ironically amusing.

Its no surprise the guy who likes posting threads on the net to engage in political arguments with strangers wont budge an inch in his opinions, no matter what level of rationing he's faced with. And even less surprising you will now end this debate with the 'text book' troll answer of 'I dont really care anyway'. Perhaps Ive given you too much credit today.

Cheers.

Oh I get it. Once your argument started breaking down, you started diverting the topic, making vague answers that dont really mean anything, and portray it as a joke you never really cared about anyway. That's called a cop out. Considering you make these threads so often, I really expected a higher level of argument from you. You started pretty strong, but you really fizzled out at the end. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wave.gif.002382ce7d7c19757ab945cc69819de1.gif

How about copy/pasting/photochopping a few more pics just to show us exactly how little you care. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Again, I really expected a higher level of debate from you. Keep practicing, I'll check back on your debate skills in another couple months.

there is no American welfare state.
TANF.. read up on it son.
read up on it? the only way you can avoid seeing the start of an entitlement culture in america would be to literally jam the book into your eyes. it's painfully obvious. you'd have to live in a blacked out bubble to not see it.

Dont sweat it, he's beyond the point of actually addressing the issues at hand any more. Now he's into 'save face and get out of this not looking stupid' mode. But give credit where credit is due, he tried.

agreed. both make good points sometimes, but they are both drinking their own koolaid. and oberman could at least be somewhat creative with his propoganda bs. "the worst person in the world!!!!" is one of the worst segments ever put into anything on tv. apparently john boehner is the worst person in the world for being off on some fiscal number he cited, only later to find boehner was actually correct.:laugh:great research moron. nbc must be too broke to hire good researchers.
