this sounds like a positive to me. People can get cheaper houses and businesses will pay less rent and be able to pass that savings onto the customers.
Credibility down the toilet there. Now youre telling me a landlord is going to pass the savings. YOU MAD FUNNY!

Get your head off the computer screen and see what the streets look like, be gone with your ideological junk.

Unfortunately, that's not how the ratings are determined. Nice try tho.
FoxNews rocks! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
you can easily amalgamate the ratings to determine if faux news has a large enough share to beat out every other news source in the US.

They wouldnt and hence people who dont like faux news are not the minority...

just going by what you said here.

he's an illiterate moron.

I like Matthews too.. he created his career blasting clinton though.. so its hard to claim he's a blind ideologue....
yeah, but he bashed clinton because clinton was a corportist democrat, not because he isn't an idealogue. clinton wasn't liberal enough to be a democrat in matthews view.

You are entertaining and i enjoy that, but not as much as i enjoy being smarter than you //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

so people who watch CNN have to hate fox? ratings aren't done according to who people don't like. that's not an honest starting point for an argument. you ma be right, i'm just sayin'.

he blasted him on the BJ.. using the same strong tactics he still uses.

I think thats what i like about him.

He will be an relentless ******* and badger guest who try to just spin their way out of questions. Not nearly enough, i suspect because then he wouldnt get any guest at all, but still i enjoy it.

You are comparing one news channel, to ALL other news channels, half hour and one hour news shows, etc. Lets put a conservatively biased news program opposite EVERY liberal one, and every liberal newspaper, and then start amalgamating ratings to see who is more popular. Not that I see what popularity has to do with truth as it pertains to this discussion however, just making the point.

one of the people who went on matthews show called in literally crying to glenn beck radio show. now, matthews was wrong, but after i heard the woman on beck, i watched it on matthews. it was so much funnier watching it backwards.

Seems to me that FoxNews has nothing to worry about.

And you can add up some of those time slots and see that FNC gets more total viewers than those of all the other shows combined, although that is not how the ratings are determined.

i wondered if people who werent closely following the conversation between jkbeaumont1 and myself would misconstrue my statements.

now that's some astro-turf movement signs there. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif these people should take some tactics from the left and just hire the poor to protest with manufactured signs and bullet points. grass roots is a fail.

Credibility down the toilet there. Now youre telling me a landlord is going to pass the savings. YOU MAD FUNNY!Get your head off the computer screen and see what the streets look like, be gone with your ideological junk.
The competitive market system would pretty much force the savings, at least somewhat, on to the consumer. If landlord A doesn't pass along any savings, landlord B would realize he can pass along say half the savings, advertise the property for less money, and therefore have better chances of selling his property. A very basic principal of supply and demand. Unless an illegal monopoly network was set in place by all the landlords getting together. But we have laws to combat this aternative.

My point was, even with cheaper housing and products, if jobs become harder to find due to higher competition for these jobs from people accepting lower wages, the inevitable of less income and/or lost jobs will result. Its a catch-22 cycle that our economy has not solved yet, and there are no easy answers to.
