I don't think it should matter.. what right do you have to be a citizen here? oh you were born here? good for you..
I think everyone thats wants to become a legal citizen should be able to do so... and do it easily..
turning us into an overcrowded country full of poor people:rolleyes: not everyone can come here. come back down to reality for just a minute, if possible. we have to have restrictions.

lovely notion however, when our country shares a border with a relatively poor country that idea doesn't really work.

What you are proposing is basically annexing Mexico into the united states.

It's relevant to discussion in that it is on the topic. But in no way does it clearly enough indicate that medical reform is favorable or needed. That's why I deem it irrelevant.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the idea of affordable health care for all.

My opinion is that it will not work with the American economy and culture.... but I wish it could.
Nice backpedaling.

Obviously its relevant to the the discussion.

The likelihood that a single limited study, such as this, is going to demonstrate causality or alone will "clearly enough indicate that medical reform is favorable or needed" (whatever statistical standard that requires //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif) is extremely finite.

Dismissinging it altogether from the dialog is a confirmatory bias and a poor understanding of how social science research operates.

YOU = MAJOR FAIL

Dont worry though i bet only myself and flip were able to even see why you were so fukking wrong.

This is full of fail.
The problem is not legal immigrants or those who want to come here and contribute to society and the American economy.

INORITE.

The problem is that Because the American dollar is worth Much more in mexico, (http://www.economist.com/markets/indicators/displaystory.cfm?story_id=13055650) Immigrants come to the US to be guaranteed an income, even at minimum wage to support an entire family in Mexico. When that money is emptied out of the US economy and dumped into the Mexican economy. Ours weakens, theirs strengthens.
IMMIGRANTS FROM EVERY SHIT COUNTRY DO THE SAME THING

Why is it only bad when Mexicans do this?

Even if they're illegal, they still live and eat and spend money. Just like legal immigrants.

Like I said the last time you posted this.

Juan does not suffer from a price floor. I cannot work for less than minimum wage.

Furthermore, we have a social-net structure than prevents most Americans from competing as well. Laws such as the minimum wage prevent Americans from being the low cost producer.

If you can tell me one good thing that illegal immigrants provide i would love to hear it.. and lower costs isn't one since wages are lowered for workers as well.. if someone else will do it for cheaper all will or they will be cut.. simple.. also illegals will work for under minimum wage which is not doable by legal citizens.. and therefore they are punished in the end by being replaced etc..
These Americans being harmed that you speak of, they sound like they reside in the lowest strata of our society, and therefore are not worthy of our consideration. I say the truly American thing to do is to let them fight it out in the ghettos and trailer parks amongst themselves.

We should first create 'No benefit zones' where they will reside outside of the realm of social insurance programs. Then we must learn how to quickly identify these sub-par individuals. The Mexicans are naturally marked, and fortunately the rest can quickly be identified by their gang tattoos and/or Nascar t-shirts.

ya because i have never met a white American who would work under the table.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

that's why i went and paid my respects to Mao when i was in China. I think they marked my passport or something. Now when they take over they'll make me a manager in the labor camp instead of a laborer.

**** I knew I should have went to China for the Olympics.
