I do prefer very hot hot sauces. Tobasco is not the hottest out there, obviously. I'm a very big fan of the flavor. The habanero Tobasco is good and hot. Some of the really cheap Mexican hot sauces you randomly find at the grocery store are pretty good as well. Does Sriracha have a wasabi type hotness to it or is it more of a hot pepper spicy?

I think I will go out on the prowl for it tomorrow. Hopefully I'll be able to find it right away. I'd hate to have to go to like 10 stores before I get it.

I think that's the reason I like Tobasco... I really don't know. It could also be because it was the first hot sauce I ever had, or at least remember having when I was like 5. It was hot as hell to me then but I loved it. I kind of compare every hot sauce to Tobasco. I definitely need to broaden my horizons when it comes to hot sauce. I love it, I've tried a bunch of different ones, but there's definitely a ton more out there that I have not had. Sriracha is now the next one on my list thanks to you guys. Do you have any recommendations as with what it goes best?

pizza, soup, eggs, pretzels, ice cream, ketchup+fries, fried rice, hot dogs, wonton chips, chowmein, chicken and vegetables over rice. Someone even said penis. Which is the ultimate best to try it on? I don't want to be let down on my first try.
