Thats what I don't get, if one country imposes regulations to go green, especially around manufacturing, another underdeveloped nation will gladly pick up any polluting industry and businesses will move there. i see a global government within 20 years, just because of the problem you just stated.while I hear alot of talk about that, I just don't see it happening. Global business sweatshopping and polluting under developed nations though...I see that happening till the end of time
