hmm well considering i dont own a car atm.. and wont for at least a year... HU support doesn't concern me.

besides I never had a problem with using aux in with my zune. I had a charger that held the zune right next to the steering where where i could reach it to change tracks without having to move my hand off the wheel and i could adjust the volume with the steering wheel volume control in my car.

its really all about the extras.

being able to watch streaming TV on a touch sounds quite interesting

they are also supposedly getting flash and java support through the app store, so pretty much the ENTIRE internet is available.

you can also use it for VoIP phone calls.

Oh yeah and you can use the email client to text.

my only gripe about the ipod touch is you gotta take it out of your pocket when you want to ff/rev or skip songs. with the other ipods, you could do that without looking. that said, i still might get one.
