I wonder if the 32 gig is really worth the extra cash.
Should i just get an 8 gig and save the extra $300? or a 16 and save $200?

I wanted a Zune v.2 but it took too long to come out so I got a Touch. If you'll use the software and wifi, it can be very worth it.

i used to actually have the 32 gig ipod touch... i really liked the overall functionality of it. You could store contacts on it, use it as a notepad for quick notes, the wifi was definatly nice considering wifi is almost anywhere these days. Was very responsive to touch. Battery life was decent. They also can be unlocked via progams floating on the net to allow you to download 3rd party software like games and emulators etc... When it all comes down to it id definatly buy one again.

never messed with the zune's though.

My 30 gig zune has about 25 gigs of music on it, but honestly i rarely listen to some of it.. I'm sure there are probably at least 10 gigs of shit i haven't listened to since i loaded it.

I mostly like the idea of email, games and surfing the webz from the touch... in addition to the music.

But the one i played with wasn't set up right so i couldn't set that shit.. so i don't know if its really just a gimmick or if its actually functional.

Apple has the 16gig refurb for $299... maybe thats what i should get instead of a new 32 gig one.

I have 40gigs of mp3s but only the 16gig touch... bigger one wasn't out yet.

I just swap albums around every few months, hasn't been too big a pain for me to do.

apple has refurbs... which i trust from apple...

8gig $199

16gig $299

32gig $429.

If i get a 32, i'd just buy it new from amazon cuz when you add tax (which apple does) its not much more and i could have it overnighted for $4 with amazon prime.

Hmm.. or maybe i should just keep the zun i have and save my monies for teh korea.

well not only does the HU aspect work well with the iPod (no major company doesn't have an ipod connector)

unlocking your iPod on 2.0 firmware is gonna be great.

Not only can you do all sorts of things (games, third-party apps, etc, etc, etc) you get a great interface that can do all sorts of things.

Third party apps are looking good tooo:

internet radio

slingblade TV

all sorts of games

photo editing?

good third party support.
