Well they did say that congress has forbidden them from replacing weightlifting equipment as it breaks.
They don't want them to bulk up in prison... so now they push cardio and aerobics.

They still have weights now, but who knows how much longer they will last.

Aww. Boo-hoo. The inmates that are getting a free college degree as an accountant can't lift weights.

What a large burden to carry ontop of the other ones...!

actually the inmates on the inmate panels we had indicated South Dakota prisons were actually "kiddie prisons" and much nicer, easier, to serve time in than Cali or Michigan prisons.

The people on our panels didn't seem to like serving time in San Quinton or some of the prisons around Detroit.

they said our prison gangs were "fake *** shit" and it was easy to just serve your time here..

I guess thats a good thing because people seem to get WAY longer sentences here than they would anywhere else.

One guy was doing 15 years for statutory ****. He didn't even have *** with the girl, she was just a 15 year old stripper at some party and rubbed her tits in his face. ****** contact counts as statutory **** here.

He was black and from out of state tho...so that probably explains the extreme sentence.

another black out of stater was doing 30 years for third degree burglary.. thats the weakest kind.. no weapon.. no violence...

22-32-8. Third degree burglary--Felony. Any person who enters or remains in an unoccupied structure, other than a motor vehicle, with intent to commit any crime, unless the premises are, at the time, open to the public or the person is licensed or privileged to enter or remain, is guilty of third degree burglary. Third degree burglary is a Class 4 felony.

of course i asked them all if they felt minorities had equal access to justice in our state.

California has some of the country's worst prisons. San Quinton, Folsom, Ironwood State Prison which is right in the middle of the desert, Chuckawalla which is .5 miles down the road from Ironwood:laugh:, Pelican Bay(Supermax). Most of Ca prisons are extremely overcrowded.
