I was in Uijeoungbu(sp) that about 1hr north of seoul. I went down to Seoul for the weekends to shop and party. Get in good with the locals and they will show you around. One of the best clubing spots was called Hundayi or something like that, but it was a street that was filled with clubs! Iam talking about the streets were freaking packed shoulder to shoulder. In fact i remember me and 4 of my friends went out there one night and lost one person only to find him outside pasted out on a slab of concrete..HAHA

Camp Red Cloud i'm guessing? And the best party place for americans is in Itaewon, its all bars up the hill, bar called Twilight Zone at the bottom of the hill is always fun. Besides Itaewon is one of the world's largest shopping districts...alot of it is bootleg tho

Nah Cp Stanley. I like the Gecko bar in Itaewon and the other one down the road Velvet or some thing like that. That Undergorund (literly underground) techno place was okay too. Those chicks love some American Chagi(c0ck).

I have actually made friends with some of the Korean students who are here this semester, although none at the school i am actually going to be attending. We dont actually have any kids from KU at my school, i assume because they have enough money and are smart enough not to have to go to a school this small and in South Dakota. Nonetheless, i should know at least a few locals who live in Seoul when i arrive.

My school also told me they would pay for the plane ride, so that's rad because they are fukkin expensive.

i heard its pretty easy to study abroad in Korea.. and it must be if i got accepted to one of their better schools... not sure why more people dont apply.

Im a little nervous about dorm life tho.. because i have never really lived with roommates let alone in a dorm.. i figure that will take some getting used to.. but probably be fun in the end.... or i will absolutely hate it and end up killing someone.
