you guys are misunderstanding me. im talking about other people. this was never meant to be a post about me.

moving closer to work might work fine for some, but honestly that means you're stuck living in apartments all your life with never anything to show for it.

you cant just get up and move out of a house to move closer to a job that might end up laying you off. now what? are you gonna move again to another home?

to my knowledge gas starts to go bad after 30 days?

With a co-op more than me would be using the gas. It would be shared amongst the co-op. A large neighborhood may use 40,000 gallons of gasoline within 30 days.

Not to mention that the rates of rent would be much higher for those who lived closer. There would be intense competiton between commercial and residential property....you can either build a store or a apt....so while you live closer to work, you drive much further to the store.

Food will be subsidized perhaps...or we grow our own.

im pretty sure we'd be a lot healthier in the long run too lol. but where exactly would we grow enough food to feed our families? especially the ones that live in apts?

then again, my gf knows a girl whose boyfriend supposedly bikes from san diego to orange county almost every morning. i guess if i was like that guy i could get it done lol
