I don't understand:

a) How people are so sure that theism is wrong.

b) Why people take so much time to talk about how stupid someone must be to have religion.

A long time ago, it used to be that it was the religious zealots who were too outspoken about religion. Now there can't be a single thread where the G word is mentioned without an atheist running in and calling all theists idiots.

No, I am agnostic. I don't believe there is any way that you can prove or disprove the existence of god(s) and thus choose not to make what I consider to be a rash decision. I do enjoy intelligent discussions in support of both theism and atheism, but I find it rather damaging when atheists accuse theists of being pushy with religion, meanwhile they keep calling theists idiots and morons and sheep, etc, etc.

Sounds like those theist guys are getting treated like mexicans.

Sheesh.

a) Same as people that are sure theism is right.... it's just something you know in your heart and mind.

b) Same as people that take so much time to talk about how stupid someone must be to not have religion.

There's zealots and extremists on both sides, unfortunately. It's not that I mind reading or listening (or contributing to) the comments of both sides of a civilized theistic conversation, but I do mind when people allow themselves to come unglued and throw some judgments or personal attacks into the mix. It's really sad, from any perspective.

The bible was written by man+All men have flaws =>the bible is flawed..
Logic cannot be dismissed, nor can it be refuted.
If we know the creation has a beginning, we are faced with logical question..was the creation caused or was it not caused? The Bible states, "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." Not only does the Bible maintain that there was a cause (a creation) but it also tells us what the cause was. It was God. Many say "matter is self-existing and not created." If matter had a beginning and yet was uncaused, one must logically maintain that something would have had to come into existence out of nothing. From empty space with no force, no matter, no energy, and no intelligence, matter would have to become existent. Even if this could happen by some strange new process unknown to science today, there is a logical problem.

Also, prove I am

As for your second question, I already have. You admitted that I was right. Are you too stupid to remember what you posted a couple of days ago?

If you are, then you really do not need to look any further than your posts in this thread. Do you really think that we are having a legitimate argument about whether the Bible has ever been translated? You are an idiot.
