um mayby im stupid, but if im walking around and see a pile of plastic explosives, i would walk the other direction

If you have never seen a detonator before and dont know what its for, youll never be able to recognize one if its just laying there on the ground. Plastic explosives kind of have the consistency of playdoh and can be any color and it smells pretty bad.

It's amazing to think that some Americans still think we are fighting this war because they started it...but don't forget about the fact that we are baiting and killing what may be innocent people over there and have had a strong presence in the middle east for since the first "war". I wonder what any other country would do if it was being suppressed by another one for 25+ years.

This is completely fair and necessary. If you are dumb enough to see explosive materials somewhere and take them DURING A WAR, you deserve to be shot and killed. Why else would they take them other than to use them? "Civilians" shouldn't have these materials regardless, no matter their intentions.

Well we are dealing with people who kill our soldiers at checkpoints with car bombs.

seriously, how many people have good intentions for using det cord and C4??? they either are going to blow someone/something up or sell it to someone who will. Now I don't think we should just go shooting at anyone who picks the stuff up, but arrest them if possible, then shoot. You have to realize these people are inside American bases or close outside the gates. We don't need anyone with intentions of harm or aiding harm anywhere inside of a base or close to one. I say go ahead and bait em.

in hagerstown maryland, cops in undercover mustangs and riceburners would pull up next to you on the strip, throw revs, even pull on you to get you to race them. then they'd pull you over and give you a ticket.
