I think you find it difficult to set aside your own perception of reality to see the world through someone else's.Call me a jerk but I don't feel sorry for a black guy who's sitting in a jail cell because "the only successful black people he knew were drugs dealers." Everyone knows it's wrong it's common sense. If he/she lets themselves become a product of their environment it's no ones fault but their own.
When you tell me about running a fortune 500 company I think "I gotta do a lot of work but it will pay off, ill go ahead and do it." If someone can't make it over that mental obstacle (no matter what race they are) they don't deserve the job.
You don't see white basketball players complaining about the NBA being mostly black. The better man gets the spot, just how it should be.
