If they do not repent their sins and let the Lord know they are truely sorry for what they did and that they will now live life to it's fullest as the Lord put us here to do.

I am not trying to fight with you guys I just want you to know I was where you are now and when I hit rock bottom like you guys I asked other to pray for me. Please know I am not trying to judge anyone just trying to help as others helped me, know tonight during our nighttime prayers me and my wife will be including you in them.

Yes I have used the Lords name is vein many times in my wild days. I also went to confession and told the priest what I had done. Most of the time my penance was to say 10 hail marys and 10 our fathers which were very long and at first I did not like very much.

Once I realized the things that were making me angry enough to use the Lords name in such a vain manner I learned to give my pain and weakness to the Lord and have him help guide me through things.

Plus as an added benefit I picked up the awesome habit of saying the Rosary before bed with my dear wife every night.

i no longer smoke so your not getting anything through me. i decided to stop due to the fact that it bored me. But not once when i was stoned did i do anything stupid like in those dumb commercials or what your health teacher tell you (pull a gun out, try to inflict pain on your self, etc) anyone who smokes weed normally knows the effects and that they are no where near what people who do not smoke say. smoking has never made me want to do something stupid or cause me to become stupid, or poor. nor has it happened to anyone i know who smokes pot. So until you know what you are talking about please stop trying to "guide" people in the right direction. let them realize it them selves. talking down and saying bad things sure isnt helping though fyi.

they will never know until they get high and experience it first hand...

I had a very interesting talk with a man who once claimed god came to him in his sleep and told him about the fight of good and evil. During this 2 hour conversation he told me that even he believed that jesus dying on the cross "wipes your slate clean" every night. he went on saying "If you honestly believe you are a good person and you are happy in life and in love, you are a good person" . Going to church and praising him all day long in music and blah blah blah does not make you any more religious than me who has come to realize what i've said.

The lord put us here to live our life and be happy in it. Pray for the people that are raping and killing children, not a "pothead".

There is only one real God and then there are those who worship false gods. It is up to you to decide if you believe in the right or wrong.

We are off to say our prayers and again you will be in our thoughts, I am not sure if we are going to try and pull and allnighter and whip out the Bible Trivial Pursuit or not but regardless I will check back on this thread tomorrow.

Personally i don't even want to take the chance that i might have a bad trip and think i can fly.. or try to kill my parents.
Maybe you don't love your families as much as i do, and are willing to take the risk, but i think thats sort of sad.

I'm not even gonna bother reading the thread because I am sure it is just post after post from pot smokers defending their addiction, just like cigarette smokers do.

Has the "drunk drivers kill more people than pot smokers do" or the "when have you heard of a pot smoker killing somone in a crash" defenses come up yet? Ever think that many "alcohol" related crashes are misdiagnosed and they are actually drug related crashes?

Why do you think the term DWI(driving while intoxicated) has been changed in may states to the now more common DUI(driving under the influence)? Maybe because many crashes involve substances other than alcohol.

Just cause we dont hear that a crack head was involved in a head on collision or a pot smoking hippy killed a family of four means that it never happens, get a ****ing clue, if you can put the pipe down for a few minutes!

i agree with faulkton on this issue.

smoking weed makes you a terrorist, you might as well strap a bomb on yourself and blow up a daycare. buying that weed is what funds terrorism. you might as well hand them an ak-47 and beg them to end your meaningless life. in fact, that is what you stoners should do, just pray that a terrorist shoots you in the head and kills you before the terrible effects of marijuana rot your brain and make you go insane. smoking weed is worse than killing innocent american babies. its like raising them with bi-racial and/or gay/lesbian parents and THEN killing them.
