I also went to confession and told the priest what I had done. Most of the time my penance was to say 10 hail marys and 10 our fathers which were very long and at first I did not like very much.Once I realized the things that were making me angry enough to use the Lords name in such a vain manner I learned to give my pain and weakness to the Lord and have him help guide me through things.Plus as an added benefit I picked up the awesome habit of saying the Rosary before bed with my dear wife every night.</blockquote>
