I remember that a few weeks ago when we were getting upper 50 mph winds and there was a good foot of snow on the ground, or close to it. The roads were clear one day, but was a lot of snow out there and then the next day the winds hit and you think it just snowed another foot. Was interesting to say the least.lull.

Really it wasnt that much new snow.. but it was a blizzard. Very limited visibility and strong winds.
The snow isn't big flakes; its just powder that gets picked up and blown all over.

growing up around Seattle, moving here was a shock.. no water, no mountains, just lots of grass and cows. On a clear day you can see a long fukkin way.
eastern SD has the black hills, but they arent real mountains and i live like 6 hours away.. so they dont count.
wow, i thought you guys had it worse than we did.Wow, you got it way worse than we did. We only got like 4 inches out of this "blizzard."
