we didn't really get that much new snow thurs/fri.. maybe 6-8".

But we already had a couple feet in the last week...it didn't really get a chance to crust over so all of it was blowing around and drifting.

it was mostly the wind and being a totally flat area. White out ftl.

wind is a bish, but now i can at least say Ive seen a blizzard.. they said it was the 10 year storm.. so i hope I'm long gone by the time it happens again.

i dont think the cities got it to bad at all, duluth got alot.. I think where they measure it for the weather it was 21 and it was 26 near the lake.. Faulkton , u got some crazy drifting man, we had gusts near 70 mph but didnt have the kind of drifts u had, Maybe it was to windy...???

I think its the landscape that makes the drifts so bad here.. i mean its so faulking flat the wind just picks up snow and when it finally hits something like a building or car it drops all the snow. Plus the type of snow we get.. dry powdery light snow that blows around easy.

tet south dakota blizzard was atraking me!!!1OhNoes!!1@11
