pioneer 780 with Sirius tuner and 12 disk changer (under passenger seat)

Amp is pg x200.4

mids are pg ti elites

stinger sp1000 battery, Big 3, all stinger interconnects and power/ground distro.

Im going to build an amp rack against the rear seats and flush mount everything.. but i want to sound deaden first...

It sounds great.. the sub is as impressive as my RLP was...not as loud of course.... but very accurate and gets very low for an 8". I wanted to keep my hatch area free... so i went with less boom, more room.

Eventually after i deaden i will do some dedicated midbass in the doors..but thats after i deaden the door, floor and hatch..

Is it a new production RL-i?

I heard Tom's (Acidburn) original 8's from the first production run...in tiny sealed boxes, I was surprised at the low end they had.

Its a new rli...i think..well i bought it about 2 months ago iirc..

At first i did the usual trial.. some jazz, reggae, soft rock, punk and was impressed.. blends well not overbearing or anything... then i put in some young jeezy and was astonished for a single 8... low and loud..great overall sub... especially for the $165...

naw im a cheater, and just used the factory sub box... inverted it.. its .5 CF and rigid enough for the single 8"...
