I bought a deh-p780mp, sirius tuner (refurb), PAC, and a 12 disk changer from
sonic electronix.
Everything arrived fairly quickly and was packaged well.
When i tried to install the sirius tuner the piece of shit didnt work. I called

So instead of dealing with sonic eletronix's sub par customer service on an exchange i decided to just send the thing into pioneer for repair.
Pioneer said it would be 7-10 days turn around once they got it. They got it over a month ago..and i still dont have the dam thing back.
It was supposed to be delivered on Monday.. well Monday came and it was even on the truck for delivery.. then i get home Monday night and nothing..check the tracking number online and it said some bullshit about not having my correct address or name (good job pioneer)..so i call UPS.. they take the correct info and say it will be dropped off today..i get home... nothing....so i call UPS and they said they just decided to send the mother fcker back to pioneer! There was 1 letter wrong on my name.. and they had the street address of 9th st instead of 8th street..granted it was Pioneers fault.. but come on UPS drops shit off to me all the time.. at least once every few weeks...are they that retarded?! THIS IS A TOWN OF 700 PEOPLE!! WTF?! They coudlnt tell josh phoden... was supposed to be josh rhoden?!!
So i calll pioneer, and after 15 minutes i get a person who says they will reship it once it gets back to cali..i ask if they can just ship another one today...since ive been waiting a month already...nope...
So pioneer sells 'refurbs' that dont fcking work and cant even enter basic info like name and address without messing it up, and Sonic electronics has shit customer service that doesnt call back.
UPS was confused by a simple typo...
