BTW - does the 8454 have SAT capability? From what I have read, I think the answer is no...hence my decision to go with a newer model.

If you mean like sirius or XM...nope the 8454 doesnt have it. Glad I could help...im sure you will like the deck. If anyone else wants one i bet they will relist another in a day or two..just keep checking, thats how i got my 8454.
