true, but I am thinking referring them to a PCP is slightly different.But not the way you use it. How would you move the patint from hospital to PCP?Well they already do it when they rank emergencies according to immediate need. It's not a take a number system where they treat people in order. You're not going to get seen because you need a tetanus shot when you stepped on a nail while the guy with a bullet hole waits.. they are gatekeepers already.
I use a single PCP as it keeps all medical records/paperwork together.
