People just aren't pickin up what you are layin down man...and thats part of the problem with the movement. Its a recreational drug, there are risks and it can be harmful, but that is part of personal choice. People need to stop saying its a no harm no foul drug....they need to say its within the average citizens control to make the decision for themselves if they will use it or not.

it goes the other way too. people can petition to add rat poison to sugar, but the majority would oppose it. the majority oppose legalizing it. they may be ill informed, but that's life. marijuana advocates ruin their own cause by not being realistic about the drug, and by comparing it to other legal substances. can't get anything changed in people's minds that way.

If I am correct (correct me if I am wrong) but there are risk with alcohol and they can be harmful, so why isnt alcohol illegal?

im jus in retail but thats beside sthe point....my stepdad makes 400K a year n hes never cheate d a drug test n he smokes weed....more often than not upscale white collar jobs DONT drug test....ur local best buy prolly does tho...or maybe a machinery job that involves dangerous shlt.....but thats warranted whether its legal or not
