not at all. they have been my best experience with a cell provider. beats out alltel, verizon, nextel, and sprint. and yes, ive had them all myself.

indeed. sprint/nextel are the WORST actual service. and add VZW to that list. decent voice coverage, HORRIBLE customer service. the actual service of verizon though, i would actually go as far as to say that they are on par with my ATT service.
