You could store contacts on it, use it as a notepad for quick notes, the wifi was definatly nice considering wifi is almost anywhere these days. Was very responsive to touch. Battery life was decent. They also can be unlocked via progams floating on the net to allow you to download 3rd party software like games and emulators etc... When it all comes down to it id definatly buy one again.never messed with the zune's though.</blockquote>
