Historically chevy pickups have had a 6" in the door and 4x6's in the dash.

 

[Frraksurred 10+ year member]

Almost all Chevy PU's have 4x6's in the back, but it differs for the front spkrs depending on year and model. It will be either 4x6 or 3.5's in the dash, or 6.5 to 6.75's in the (front) doors.

I have a 2002 Xtreme only has speakers in dash and doors none in ext. cab.

 

[SAVAGE SOUND 10+ year member]

6.5" in the doors (can fit oversized) and 4*6" in the dash (plates sound real nice in dash in this truck) hope this helped!
