Who has ordered an enclosure from Subthump.com?

Hey guys, just curious on who has ordered an enclosure from subthump.com. I ordered one last Friday morning, but they havent emailed me on when it has been shipped out. I have emailed them twice with no response. Does anyone know if they build to order? The reason why it seems that I am impatient is because I have to make arrangements for someone to carry it to my truck since I havent been able to walk since January due to a rollover and being ejected 40 some odd feet. That would be rather hard, to carry 80+ pounds on crutches
