I have 4 RE8s. Had them in my trunk taking 250w daily in a 1.9 cubed @ 35hz box. A little small, but my trunk was larger than I thought and I didn't want to build another one.
Now I have them in my room taking about 30-40w a piece from a 25 year old home audio reciever in a special box I made.
