I have two of 'em in a 1.05 ft^3 box tuned to ~32hz.

Getting fed by a MTX RT2600... 600w @ 4ohms, about 300w each but the gain's set low. Sounds great!

a lincoln navigator...i built a custom box for behind my 3rd row seat...and they are LOUD...my friends were goin crazy cause they were "just 8's"

How is the loudness outside of the car? Jw, B/c I might decide to go with 4 RE 8's over like say a... SX15 just because of price if the loudness is still there..

well im working on putting 18 8s powered by 2 tsunami 1800t amps (3 for comps) with a pluged port tuned 34 for daily and 68 comps. or somehting like that. and all this is goin in the back of my 2000 eclipse. its gunna be sick when its done

yea thats i bit bigger than what my box is gunna be. probably about 9cuft. but you only power them with about 89 watts a peice?

yes u definetly win....

dustin...the loudness outside of the car is pretty good when i open my hatch guys can hear them from about 150yrds away...

crx...no it is a circle port
