I need to know what sub (10") out there can make the best use of limited power and sound relatively nice sq wise, but still produce some spl.

See, me brother has a very small amp and 2 really cheap Pioneer subs. I believe he can get better results with 1 nice sub. Also can there be a way to use a 2-channel amp to power 1 sub @2 ohms?

Please give me some suggestions on what sub would do the trick best. THis is a straight budget endevor so lets set the price ceiling @ 100 (shipping included). Around 60-75 is more in the range im thinking tho.
