Which sub/s to get!!!

Ok after long time spent doing research on this site i have found all of my top options for subs that i am interested in. Im not really sure if i just want spl or sq so im just wondering which is your guys' favorite subs over all. They are going to be in approximately a 3.5 cubes sealed. I dont have an amp yet but im going to get the correct amp match for whichever sub/s i choose. The ideal of these choices was to stay under 1k. They are put in order to what seems to be best in my opinion but i dont know very much about this. you should research your subs better..out of all those only 2 will work properly in sealed icon and idmax..in this case id go with idmax

I take it that this setup wil be in the cabin of your truck right behind you? If so less is always more when done correctly. Depending on your music you could use just the 1 driver and power it with an amp aimed toward SPL or SQ, you decide.

Good point. However they will all work fine in a sealed enclosure but they (Type R, SX, L7) are made to work best in ported enclosures.

definitely reevaluate the sub options you listed if you are going to make a sealed enclosure.

x2. They will be fine, especially if they are right behind your frickin ears. I am mean you aren't even sure if you want spl or sq. I think a pair of Icon 15s behind your head doing mid 140s will be more than enough for ya.

yes they will be installed correctly im getting them professionally installed. im running to 10" infinity 1050w subs right now and i wish i knew how much db's they hit just so i can get a picture in my head of the upgrade to the icons

I am thinking about doing either 2 rl-p 15's or 2 13.5 W6V2's sealed. Can't decide, myself.
