Which sub or pair of subs would be able to get the LOWEST off of 2,000 watts?

out of all the subs ive owned i liked the TC Sounds 3hp+/ Audiopulse woofers the best for lows and overall daily driver, JL W7 is pretty good as well

ived owned JBL Gti WMKII, Fi Q, DD 9515g, Alpine Type R, TC-3000, Soundsplinter RL-S, Si Mag, Si BM, JL W7, JL W6, RE MT.. and some more i forget

If you were happy with what you had, I still say stick with them (Fi) and tweak your setup. *If* you think you need different Fi drivers to get louder, then aim for their SPL units.

I would go with 2 15 Qs....a louder driver than the SSDs and will drop lower....also would be perfect for the power you are looking at throwing them

I would actually throw Icons out there with the Qs....from what I read similar drivers, but the Icons get lower

When my IA DR hits the low notes it is VERY pronounced w/ 34 hz tuning.

It causes my gas lid to completely open and close several times per second

I say 2 18" DR's ftw while they're on sale
