Hey guys...currently my system is what my sig says. I used to have an all Alpine system...4ch MRV-F345 powering my Type-R 6.5s and 5x7s, and a MRD-M1001 powering my 2 10" Type-R subs. Got rid of all of it except for the 4channel amp (had been planning on putting a little system in my dad's F150 but he is getting a new Edge so I'm keeping my amp). Ran out of money with the Audison and bills/college life so I'm going to be selling the Audison. I had planned to get a LRx1.1 and go with a Hertz Mille or Fi Q, but for now, I'm going to get rid of the 2.4 with plans on getting a 3.1k to power everything later. So for now, I'm going to go back to my old 4channel to power my CDTs and a small slim sub. I want a tiny sealed box to fit behind my shock tower brace, up against the rear seats. From the brace to the bottom of the seat back, there is about 5-6 inches, then at the top of the slant there is about 3-4, so the box has to be small. The amp puts out 300x1 with the rear 3/4 channels bridged. I believe that's at 2ohm. I'm looking at the eD SQ10 or two Tang Band 10s. I want the sub(s) to be cheap and I'm looking more for just a little bit of bass to add some bottom end, but I want decent SQ. Obviously not looking to win any SQ competitions, just want the little system to get me through my last year and a half of college. Then when I graduate I'm going all out....So what do you guys think? I know there are a lot of you against eD, but you can't deny their performance for their price.
