Which should I get? 4Runner or Legend?

So I am about to trade my car for a 96 Bonneville, because my Saab is in HORRIBLE condition and the guy really likes it for some reason //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif I will then sell the Bonny (because I hate automatics), and get a new car. I will likely be looking at a ~$4k budget for a new car. A few stipulations are that it has to have a clean title, under 200k, low body damage, a manual transmission, and room for my 18 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif At first, I wanted a Bronco, but my dad said the car had to be very reliable. Next, I found a 4Runner to be a good overall fit, however they are quite expensive. Lastly, I remembered that I almost picked up an Acura Legend instead of my Saab, and it hopefully fits the bill. Everything lines up, except for the trunk space, I think :/ I'm not quite sure if I can fit my 18 in there. Otherwise, I love them to death. In my situation, what would you guys get? I'm guessing a wall would be in store for the Legend, were that my choice of vehicle.

Cherokee? Exploder? Blazer?
I'm not a big fan of Cherokee's, more for GC's but they don't come in stick, at least I haven't seen any with a stick.

Exploders and Blazers are cars that my dad would consider unreliable.

I need something reliable, in other words, Japanese made //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif Not necessarily something I would consider reliable, just something that my dad would accept.

I don't recall seeing a stick shift GC.
I miss my GC Limited. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
Never been in love with a car like i am with my GC....

Rides good, good gas mileage, and perfect for a system!

What year was yours?

That blows dude, 99-04 are the best GC's.

Sort of. I had bought a shit load of US Amps & RE stuff a few months before the accident. I had plans, but it never happened. After the wreck I sold everything to help pay for my Dakota.

I've only recently got interested in buying equipment again.
