Which one should i get?

I am down to 3 choices for my 4 channel amp to run my mids and highs...

1: Kicker ZX350.4 2006

2: Rockford 400a4 old school 2001

3: Crossfire 404 2005

My doors are 40rms all 4 of them and my dashes are 20rms 2 of them...which one should i get..i am on 300 budget for the amp...i need something that is like 50w rms x 4 @ 4 ohm roughly...must be 2 ohm or less stable...thanks for the help
