Which MP3 H/U to buy?

I have been scanning the net for different MP3 H/U's and the ones that I have narrowed it down to (price and quality were the main concerns) were:

Panasonic DEH-P7400MP (about $300)

Alpine CDA-7894 (about $360)

JVC KD-SH99 (about $330)

They all are great H/U's but which would u recommend?

Do they all read the MP3's quickly?

I will be connecting it to an Adire Audio Shiva 12" and some amp (to be detirmined)

I think you mean Pioneer and not Panasonic. And the Pioneer is the one I would go with.

If I'm going to pay that much money, I would just go get the Pioneer DEH-840mp for about $400. That thing is way cooler than the rest, and is a darn good deck.

I personaly have the JVC KD- SH99 in my car right now. I am pleased with the performance. My only complaints are the silver finish, and you have to scroll through all of the MP3's manually to find them. You can not just punch in the number of the track you want. If the song is track 100 either you scroll 100 forward or backwards, and while scrolling the music stops. I got mine on http://www.ubid.com for $189.

KD-SH99 for sure, great unit, pre amp outputs, easy to use, pretty cool too.

i'd go with the pioneer, one of ma buddies has it and hes quite happy with it

on ebay it is i think under 300.00
