which hz should i play?

(2) 12" JL W6v2 in a ported box. 3.5 @ 32hz. 3.9 after port.

some audioshop has a db meter and i wanted to mess with it. i was thinking 35hz since that sounds loudest to my ears. any suggestions? car is a 2dr coupe, backseats folded down, and subs firing trunk 1 feet away from lid.

Do a sweep, see where it peaks at, then use that to burp it.

do a sweep, like 32-60 or something like that, and see whats the loudest, then play it at that frequency
